As a Sales Representative at STAR M.I.C.E., you’ll be the face of the brand, turning corporate travel and event logistics into seamless, memorable experiences. This isn't just about selling packages; it’s about crafting high-impact solutions for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions.

Here’s a breakdown of the core responsibilities for this role:

• Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.

• Generating 20 leads in month, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions.

• Conduct professional presentations and site inspections to showcase STAR M.I.C.E.’s capabilities.

• Presenting our products or services to clients and clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.

• Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.

• Provide regular reports on market feedback and competitive activity to the leadership team.

• Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.

• Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position [ STAR M.I.C.E.] in the market and maintain a competitive edge.
