We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Stallions Proptech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. based in Vasai / Virar, Mumbai
Meeting customers, explaining the project and sample flat, price discussion will be the main responsibility.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹30500 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Meet customers, understand their profile and build a relationship with them
· Present, promote, and sell residential properties to potential customers effectively.
· Explain the USPs of the project & the show them the sample flat.
· Help customers in selecting the right property as per their budget.
· Explain the pricing, offers and payment plans to the customers.
· Followup with customers for revisits and maintain a healthy revisit ratio.
· Negotiate and drive the customer towards closure.
· Update the relevant records in the Sales system regularly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Real Estate Sales, Customer Handling, Convincing Skills, Closing is an added advantage.
