Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary

FORTUNE CORPORATION is looking for a skilled and motivated Female Sales Executive to handle sales activities, customer relationships, business development, and order management.

The candidate should have good communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handling day-to-day sales activities and customer inquiries.

Generating new leads and developing new customers.

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.

Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable product information.

Preparing and sharing quotations, price details, and product specifications.

Following up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.

Coordinating with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution.

Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.

Maintaining proper records of leads, customers, quotations, orders, and sales follow-ups.

Conducting regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

Identifying new business opportunities and potential markets.

Handling customer queries and resolving basic sales-related issues.

Preparing daily/weekly sales reports and providing updates to management.

Keeping track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Good understanding of the manufacturing/industrial products market will be an advantage

Qualification

Graduate – Any Stream

B.Com / BBA / BMS or relevant sales/marketing qualification will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

Female candidate required.

1-2 years of relevant sales experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and presentable personality.

Should be proactive and target-oriented.

Should be comfortable with customer follow-ups and business development.

Experience in plastic, polymer, plastic granules, manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Should be capable of handling customers and sales activities independently.
