Sales Executive

· Greets customers and makes them feel comfortable.

· Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchasing.

· Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences.

· Introduces promotions and new products to customers.

· Operates payment register and handles payments.

· Handles refunds, exchanges and returns.

· Documents sales by updating customer records.

· Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales Goals.

· Alerts the management of potential security issues.

· Performing various administrative duties, such as preparing commission and expense. Reports, and conducting post-sale follow-ups with the customers.

· Working with other employees to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets.

· Processing sales transactions and sales contracts and receiving payments.

· Creating awareness and promoting special offers and loyalty programs.

· Managing client relationships through all the stages of the sales cycle.

· Ensuring that customers are fully satisfied with the services offered.

· Coordinate with all sales agencies and keep records and report to concern Authorities.

· Keep Sales enquiries list & Follow-up regular.

· Familiarity with digital technology (Digital Marketing) and its applications in sales.

Ø Qualification & Requirements –

· Self-motivated.

· Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.

· Verbal and written communication skills (Hindi, English & Marathi)

· Interpersonal skills.

· Basic math and accounting skills.

· Experience operating a payment register.

· Experience operating point-of-sale (POS) transactions

· Critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills

· Keep strong Record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

· Computer basic skills ( Word, Excel, PPT)
