Role Overview:

Axis Max Life Insurance is hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the positions of Sales Officer (SO) and Associate Manager (AM). The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales, generating business through customer acquisition, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Officer (SO):

• Identify and approach potential customers for life insurance products

• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers

• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals

• Maintain relationships with new and existing customers

• Prepare documentation and complete sales processes accurately

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance

For Associate Manager (AM):

• Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents

• Drive team performance and achieve business targets

• Conduct sales meetings and field activities with the team

• Monitor daily performance and provide mentoring support

• Build strong agency distribution network

• Ensure compliance with company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales and customer-handling ability

• Result-oriented and target-driven mindset

• Basic computer knowledge

• Insurance or financial services experience preferred
