Position Details:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Chennai / Kochi
Number of Vacancies: 2
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned sales targets through the promotion and sale of commercial insurance products to MSMEs and corporate clients.
• Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through direct client interaction and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and customer servicing.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and client records.
• Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and market developments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement.
Required Skills:
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales and client-facing activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance sector.
Training & Support:
