We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell manufacturing products to existing and potential customers. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets
Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable manufacturing solutions
Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and pricing agreements
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams for order execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
