Sales Executive – AAA Crown

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented sales executive to join our team for AAA Crown. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with prospective customers, conducting property visits, and converting inquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital enquiries, and other sources.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties at AAA Crown.

Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.

Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details to customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Negotiate effectively and assist customers throughout the sales process.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead and sales records.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to ensure smooth customer handling.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market will be an advantage.
