About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive who can convert walk-ins and leads into memberships while delivering an excellent customer experience. Whether you're experienced or a fresher with strong communication skills, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Convert walk-in inquiries into memberships
Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp
Explain membership plans and ongoing offers
Conduct gym tours for prospective members
Maintain daily lead and sales records
Achieve monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries professionally
Coordinate with trainers and reception staff
Build long-term relationships with members
Participate in promotional activities and events

Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, presentable, and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business is preferred
Sales experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail is an advantage
Ability to work on weekends and rotational shifts
