Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the
assigned territory.
• Promote and sell a wide range of construction and
industrial steel products to fabricators, contractors and
builders.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable
products.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely
payment follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing,
dispatch, and after-sales support.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports, market feedback,
and competitor analysis
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Sales,
Marketing, Engineering, or Business)
• 2–4 years of sales experience in the steel, construction, or
industrial product segment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good knowledge of the local geography and customer
base
