Job Responsibilities
Welcome and attend walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable bikes/scooters
Explain vehicle features, finance options, exchange offers, and accessories
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and basic product demonstrations
Follow up with leads and customer inquiries through calls and WhatsApp
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management
Maintain customer database and daily reporting
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
Support showroom activities, events, and promotional campaigns
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Requirements
