Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vision needs, lifestyle, and preferences.

• Recommend suitable frames, lenses, coatings, sunglasses, and add-ons (blue cut, anti-glare, transitions, etc.).

• Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Maintain strong knowledge of frames, lens types (single vision, bifocal, progressive), brands, and promotions.

Job Requirements:
