Job Summary

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying suitable profiles, coordinating communication between prospective matches, and ensuring a smooth matchmaking process. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

 Understand clients' preferences and matchmaking requirements.

 Review and maintain accurate client information and profiles.

 Shortlist suitable profiles based on client expectations.

 Share and explain relevant profiles to clients.

 Follow up with clients regarding profile interests and feedback.

 Coordinate communication between interested families.

 Arrange and schedule conference calls between prospective matches.

 Organize family meetings at the office or other agreed locations.

 Maintain regular client engagement and provide timely updates.

 Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the matchmaking journey.

 Achieve monthly performance and relationship management targets.

Skills Required

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong relationship-building abilities.

 Customer service orientation.

 Basic computer knowledge.

 Ability to handle multiple clients effectively.

 Positive attitude and professional approach.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (₹5,000 – ₹30,000+ per month)
