Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.

  • Maintain and update client databases to track sales opportunities.

• Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

  • Understand clients’ needs and offer suitable property solutions.

  • Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Sales & Business Development

  • Promote residential and commercial projects through presentations, site visits, and sales events.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and events to attract potential buyers.

• Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and regulatory policies.

  • Provide feedback to management on client preferences and market demands.

• Documentation & Coordination

  • Assist clients with legal, financial, and documentation processes related to property sales.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients, banks, and legal advisors.
