We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive who is comfortable with cold calling, client conversations, presentations, negotiations, and closing business opportunities.
This role requires someone who can think like a consultant, understand client problems, and position Rotex as a long-term technology and operations partner.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
Connect with Forex brokers, entrepreneurs, and business owners globally.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements.
Present Rotex services through online meetings.
Handle objections and negotiate with prospects.
Prepare proposals and follow up until closure.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
Achieve monthly revenue and meeting targets.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
Confident and excellent in communication.
Sharp, quick learner, and business-minded.
Comfortable speaking with CEOs and entrepreneurs.
Strong in cold calling and relationship building.
Good at persuasion and negotiation.
Target-oriented with a hunger to succeed.
Requirements
1–4 years experience in B2B sales, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or similar industries.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
Ability to handle online meetings.
Basic understanding of technology/business solutions is preferred.
