We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive – Real Estate to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and walk-ins
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
Negotiate deals and close sales as per company targets
Maintain client database and regular follow-ups
Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support
1–4 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Knowledge of the NCR real estate market is an advantage
Comfortable with site visits.
