Key Responsibility
Lead Calling & Conversion
Call all provided leads in a timely and professional manner with the objective of converting leads into customers.
Clearly explain insurance products, benefits, and value proposition to prospective clients.
Follow-up Management
Maintain systematic follow-ups for all calls made, including interested, pending, and callback cases.
Ensure no lead or inquiry remains unattended.
Premium Pending & Renewal Calls
Call existing policyholders for pending, due, or upcoming premium payments.
Politely remind clients about premium due dates and assist them in completing payments on time.
Potential Client Engagement (Insurance Department)
Identify potential insurance clients through calls and share their details with the concerned sales or advisory team.
Schedule appointments or callbacks for senior team members wherever required.
Call Records & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, client responses, and outcomes in the prescribed CRM or register.
Submit daily or weekly call and follow-up reports to management.
Professional Conduct & Compliance
Follow company scripts, calling guidelines, and compliance requirements strictly.
