We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our gym. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting walk-ins into members, and promoting gym memberships and fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in inquiries and explain gym services, memberships, and offers

• Convert leads into memberships and achieve monthly sales targets

• Follow up with prospective members via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits

• Maintain client data and sales records

• Coordinate with trainers and management for member onboarding

• Promote gym offers, events, and fitness programs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members

• Assist in local marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales (fitness industry preferred but not mandatory)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of fitness and gym services is a plus

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and face-to-face sales

• Ability to work flexible hours
