I want to hire an experienced Sales Manager for my company Remco India Kitchen Solutions, a manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment based in Delhi NCR.

Experience: 5–7 years in B2B sales

Industry Preference: Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Hotel Kitchen Equipment, Food Service Equipment, Refrigeration Equipment, Stainless Steel Fabrication, HVAC, or related industries

Location: Delhi NCR

Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets

Handle inquiries from IndiaMART, Justdial, LinkedIn, website, and referrals

Meet restaurant owners, hotel chains, consultants, architects, and contractors

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals

Conduct site visits and understand client requirements

Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams

Build long-term relationships with customers

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Lead and motivate the sales team

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong B2B sales experience

Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment is preferred

Ability to handle high-value projects

Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and email communication

Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Delhi NCR
