This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Okhla. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales operations, support the sales team in achieving targets, and ensure efficient communication between team members and clients. Additional responsibilities include coordinating customer service tasks, maintaining sales-related documentation, and facilitating the smooth execution of sales processes.
Qualifications
Sales Coordination and Sales Operations expertise to efficiently support and manage sales activities
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to foster positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Background in Sales, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Proficiency with sales management tools and technology is a plus
Relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
