Job Responsibilities

1. Generate business through assigned bank branches and open-market sales activities.

2. Interact with prospective customers and explain banking products, features, and benefits.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, bank branches, and branch managers.

4. Manage end-to-end customer documentation and ensure timely completion of application processes.

5. Conduct promotional activities and customer engagement events to support business growth.

6. Maintain daily updates on leads, lead tracking, customer interactions, and business performance.

7. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development.

8. Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, policies, and established procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate from a recognized university.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.

• Ability to work towards sales targets.

• Willingness to engage in field sales and open-market activities.

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to the hiring requirements.
