Are you passionate about fitness and driven by results?
We’re looking for energetic, goal-oriented Fitness Consultants who can inspire people to start their fitness journey while helping our centers achieve excellence in member engagement and sales performance.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, walk-ins, networking, and local outreach.

• Client Acquisition: Understand customer needs and recommend the right fitness memberships and services.

• Sales & Demos: Deliver engaging presentations and product demos that highlight value and impact.

• Negotiation & Closure: Convert leads into loyal members by closing sales with confidence and professionalism.

• Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships and promote renewals, upsells, and referrals.

• CRM & Reporting: Manage leads and track conversions through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent performance.

• Market Insights: Stay informed on fitness trends, competitors, and customer preferences to sharpen your sales strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (fitness or wellness industry preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and target-achievement mindset.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
