Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across SIEM, SOC, Microsoft Security, and IT Network portfolios.

• Generate and manage leads through direct outreach, networking, and digital channels.

• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions in collaboration with the presales team.

• Conduct presentations, demos, and client meetings to showcase RaDas Global Works’ service capabilities.

• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service fulfillment.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and opportunity data.

• Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within Cybersecurity / IT Infrastructure / Managed Services.

• Good understanding of SIEM, SOC, Firewall, Endpoint Security, and Microsoft Security Services (M365 Defender, Intune, Azure AD, etc.).

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to manage sales cycles and deliver results under deadlines.

• Passionate about technology and eager to grow in cybersecurity solution sales.
