Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across SIEM, SOC, Microsoft Security, and IT Network portfolios.
Generate and manage leads through direct outreach, networking, and digital channels.
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions in collaboration with the presales team.
Conduct presentations, demos, and client meetings to showcase RaDas Global Works’ service capabilities.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service fulfillment.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and opportunity data.
Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2+ years of experience in sales or business development within Cybersecurity / IT Infrastructure / Managed Services.
Good understanding of SIEM, SOC, Firewall, Endpoint Security, and Microsoft Security Services (M365 Defender, Intune, Azure AD, etc.).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage sales cycles and deliver results under deadlines.
Passionate about technology and eager to grow in cybersecurity solution sales.
