Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Noida / Greater Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, references, and digital platforms.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or investment properties.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and investors.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth deal closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/Excel.
Stay updated with current real estate market trends, inventory, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to convince and handle client objections confidently.
Basic understanding of real estate sales and property investment concepts.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
Eligibility
Graduate in any stream preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
Prior experience in real estate, sales, insurance, banking, or luxury sales will be an advantage.
