Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new customers, dealers, distributors, builders, architects, and contractors.
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding order processing, production, delivery, and dispatch.
Regularly follow up on pending payments and outstanding customer accounts.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and follow-up updates.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
