Redbrik is seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Vrindavan. The candidate will be responsible for inside sales activities, lead generation, client meetings, site visits, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inside sales activities and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Identify and connect with potential customers for real estate projects.
- Conduct client meetings to understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and smooth sales processing.
- Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer handling and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage inside sales and client follow-ups effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in sales, inside sales, or real estate sales will be an added advantage.
