Position Title: Executive – Corporate Sales (Contractual Staffing)
Location: Sector 50, Gurgaon
Reporting To: Sales Head / Business Head
We are a fast-growing Workforce Management / Contractual Staffing organization with Pan-India footprints, delivering end-to-end workforce management (recruitment & staffing) solutions across industries. We are expanding our sales team to accelerate business growth and deepen client partnerships.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the entire sales cycle from lead generation to first billing.
· Generate leads through internet research, digital/social media outreach, references, and direct client visits.
· Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline across target industries and manage the complete sales funnel.
· Develop structured approach plans by identifying key decision-makers and influencers within client
organizations.
· Conduct initial discussions to understand staffing needs and business requirements.
· Prepare customized proposals and commercial costing sheets aligned with company capabilities.
· Maintain, update, and evaluate the sales funnel using data sheets and CRM tools.
· Coordinate and organize meetings between Sales Head / Senior Leadership and client stakeholders.
· Gather market intelligence on clients and competitors to strengthen positioning.
· Support negotiation and finalization of commercial and contractual terms.
· Draft and execute staffing agreements and contracts.
· Act as the primary point of contact until realization of first month’s billing.
· Actively participate in mobilization and client onboarding to ensure smooth deployment and high client satisfaction.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in contractual staffing / manpower outsourcing / compliance management with proven track record.
· Strong B2B network with Corporate HR, Procurement, and Business Leadership.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
· Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
· Experience in a startup or high-growth environment will be an added advantage.
· Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
· Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Odoo.
· Experience with LinkedIn Navigator, email marketing tools, or digital outreach platforms preferred.
· Graduate / MBA preferred.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (HR staffing / manpower outsourcing preferred).
· Experience working in the Indian market and handling India-based clients is essential.
· CTC: Up to ₹ 6 Lakhs per annum (including variable ) + Lucrative Sales Incentives.
· Candidate must have own laptop.
· Work-from-office role with a 6-day week (one Saturday off).
· Role involves local travel, intense work environment, and target-driven performance expectations.
