Job Title: Two-Wheeler Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Two-Wheeler Sales Executive is responsible for selling two-wheelers to customers by understanding their needs, explaining product features, arranging test rides, and closing sales. The role also includes maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their two-wheeler requirements

• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers

• Arrange and conduct test rides for customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups

• Assist customers with finance, insurance, and registration processes

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data

• Follow up with customers post-sales for feedback and repeat business

• Coordinate with service and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery

• Ensure showroom cleanliness and proper display of vehicles

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Customer-focused approach

• Basic knowledge of two-wheeler models and specifications

• Ability to convince and close sales

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, billing software)

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales is an advantage

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Other Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler driving license

• Willingness to work on weekends and during peak sales periods
