We are hiring for Sales Executive to join our jewelry showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for luxury products, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewelry products.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewelry.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Explain product features, pricing, making charges, and offers to customers.
Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Handle billing coordination and basic inventory support.
Stay updated on current jewelry trends and collections.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Follow company policies regarding sales, security, and customer service.
