We at PerfectKode Software Technologies are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 0 – 1 years of B2B IT Sales experience to drive new business opportunities and manage client acquisition efforts. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Sales executive to generate business through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Identify new markets and customer needs for PerfectKode’s services and SaaS products.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and events.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Conduct product demos, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
0 – 2 years of proven experience in IT Services / SaaS Sales (domestic or international market).
Strong understanding of services like Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS Platforms, CRM/ERP, Payroll/HRM solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
