We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele counsellor to join our Admissions and Telemarketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling college courses, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and guiding prospective students through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling and telemarketing to generate interest and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions

• Explain college courses, programs, and benefits to prospective students over the phone

• Counsel students and parents regarding the enrolment process and resolve queries efficiently

• Follow up with interested candidates regularly via phone, WhatsApp, or email

• Maintain and update the student database and call records accurately

• Coordinate with the admissions team to support enrolment goals

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and admission targets

• Provide accurate information about fees, course structure, certifications, and facilities

• Handle multiple languages (Hindi, Marathi, and English) to communicate effectively with diverse candidates

• Basic data entry, report generation, and coordination using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

  Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are welcome to apply, Must have good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English (Basic)

• Basic computer proficiency required – particularly in MS Word, Excel, and email communication

• Must be confident, polite, and have a customer-oriented approach

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets

• Prior experience in telemarketing or educational counselling will be an added advantage

  Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication

• Active listening and persuasion skills

• Time management and record-keeping

• Student counselling or tele-sales background (preferred)
