Job Summary
Oscar India LLP is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating new sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Promote and sell the company's products and services to potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in accordance with company policies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Follow up on inquiries, orders, payments, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Relevant sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
