Sales Executive – Job Description
The executive drives showroom or field sales by greeting customers, demonstrating vehicle
features, arranging test rides, and closing deals to meet monthly targets. They manage the entire
sales process, including explaining finance options, processing paperwork, and providing aftersales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and explain twowheeler specifications, pricing, and benefits.
• Sales Conversion: Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle functionality, and negotiate prices
to close sales.
• Lead Management: Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow up on inquiries from digital, phone,
or referral sources, and update CRM records.
• Documentation & Finance: Coordinate with the finance department to process loans and
assist with registration, insurance, and final delivery.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new launches, competitor models,
and special promotional schemes.
• Brand Promotion: Participate in on-ground activities, roadshows, and field marketing
campaigns.
Requirements
• Education: Typically a Bachelor's degree, though candidates with relevant experience may be
considered. 12th pass can also be considered
• Experience: 0–3 years in retail sales, automobile sales, or vehicle financing (freshers with high
aptitude often considered).
• Skills: Excellent communication (English+local language), strong negotiation skills, & customer
relationship management.
• Technical: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Mandatory: Valid driving license
• Plus Point: Personal two-wheeler for field visit
