The Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership sales, promoting the gym’s services, and ensuring an exceptional experience for potential and existing members. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, social media, and referrals.
Conduct gym tours for potential members and explain membership plans.
Convert leads into memberships effectively.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing members.
Address inquiries, concerns, and follow up on leads professionally.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
Report daily/weekly sales activities and performance to the Sales Manager.
Promotions & Marketing Support:
Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and events.
Share information about special offers, classes, and packages with potential members.
Administration:
Maintain accurate records of leads, memberships, and follow-ups.
Assist in documentation related to new memberships, cancellations, and renewals.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with trainers, front desk staff, and management to ensure smooth onboarding of new members.
Participate in team meetings and sales strategy discussions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
Basic computer skills for managing CRM or membership software.
Knowledge of fitness industry trends is a plus.
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (fitness industry preferred but not mandatory).
Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
