We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, presenting properties, and closing sales deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Meet potential clients and understand their property requirements
Present and promote residential/commercial properties
Arrange and conduct site visits with clients
Negotiate prices and close sales deals
Maintain client database and follow up regularly
Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales and customer service orientation
Knowledge of real estate market trends
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Must be target-driven and self-motivated
Fresher / 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales
Experience in residential or commercial property sales is an advantage
