Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining property details to clients, and closing sales for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries for real estate projects.
Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits to clients.
Arrange and attend site visits with customers.
Follow up with potential buyers to convert leads into sales.
Maintain client data and update records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team and management.

Requirements

Minimum Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Comfortable working in the real estate sales environment.
