𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
Nowgray is seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT services. The candidate should be target-oriented and capable of managing the complete sales cycle.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and other channels
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions (website development, software, digital marketing, etc.)
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Negotiate and close deals effectively
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and client communication
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Experience in IT sales / business development (preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined approach
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
