Job Description – Customer Service Executive

Location: Dichaon Kalan, New Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

Nedisha Group is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive with hands-on experience in IndiaMART lead handling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to efficiently manage customer inquiries and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries received through IndiaMART, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Respond promptly to customer queries regarding products, quotations, machine specifications, and services.

• Follow up with new and existing leads to generate business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for customer requirements and order processing.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare quotations and share product information with customers.

• Update customer data and maintain lead records.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Experience in handling IndiaMART inquiries and lead management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Customer Support, or IndiaMART lead management.

• Experience in B2B sales support or industrial machinery will be an added advantage.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
