We are seeking a result-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our BPO team for an inbound sales process. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable products or services, with the goal of closing sales and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from prospective customers and provide product/service information.
Convert inquiries into sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated with product knowledge and BPO sales best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0-1 year of experience in inbound sales or telesales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer literacy
Preferred:
Experience in international/domestic sales processes, however enthusiastic freshers are also welcome.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
