Sales Executive – Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Executive for a B2B office-based sales role. The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, preparing quotations, explaining products, and negotiating prices with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle B2B sales and client inquiries through calls, emails, and online communication.
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Explain product details, pricing, and company services to clients.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements, and follow-ups.
Negotiate prices and close sales professionally.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
Update sales records and customer details regularly.
Attend client meetings outside the office only when required.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, MS Office).
Professional and positive attitude.
Ability to handle customers confidently.
Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
