We are looking for a confident and communication-skilled Female Sales Calling Executive to join our team for IT Services Sales.
Role: Sales Calling Executive
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential business clients
Introduce and explain our IT & Digital Services
Identify businesses that require websites and other digital solutions
Understand client requirements and explain suitable services
Generate leads through calling and follow-ups
Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects
Convert leads into clients
Maintain basic records of calls, leads and follow-ups
Coordinate with the team for quotations, requirements and closing
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Confident and professional calling ability
Good Hindi & English communication
Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
Good follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation
Comfortable making outbound calls
Basic computer knowledge
Previous sales/calling experience is preferred
IT sales experience will be an added advantage
We Are Looking For: Someone who is confident, target-oriented, persuasive and comfortable speaking with business owners.
