Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Office Executive to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling data, managing social media platforms, and coordinating sales and purchase-related enquiries. This role is suitable for both fresher’s and experienced candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain office data, records, and reports accurately

• Manage and update social media platforms (posts, messages, and basic engagement)

• Handle incoming sales and purchase enquiries via phone & email.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required

• Assist in basic documentation, follow-ups, and office coordination tasks

• Support day-to-day administrative activities

Requirements:

• Female candidate (Fresher or Experienced)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of sales and purchase processes

• Social media handling or digital marketing exposure

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
