Real Estate sales Executive

Maatrabhoomi Developers is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, explaining our real estate projects, following up with prospects, and converting leads into site visits and bookings.

We offer a growth-oriented work environment with attractive earning opportunities and a salary package of ₹16,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available real estate projects, plots, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

• Generate and qualify leads through regular telephonic follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment needs.

• Convince and motivate prospective customers to schedule site visits.

• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate lead records in CRM/database.

• Convert qualified leads into site visits, bookings, and sales.

• Coordinate with the sales and site teams for scheduled customer visits.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, customer responses, and lead status.

• Address basic customer queries and provide accurate project-related information.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Share customer feedback with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 2–6+ years in telesales, telecalling, real estate sales, property sales, or a related field.

• Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Good follow-up and lead management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple customers and leads efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp, and calling tools will be an advantage.

• Prior experience in real estate sales/sales will be preferred.
