We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote immigration services and handle recruitment for international job opportunities. The candidate will also be responsible for onboarding and managing agents who can generate leads and expand business in overseas placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote immigration services (work permits, study visas, PR, etc.) to potential clients
Handle end-to-end client consultation for overseas opportunities
Generate leads through calls, social media, and field visits
Build and maintain relationships with clients and external agents
Recruit, train, and manage agents for lead generation and business expansion
Coordinate with international employers for job requirements and recruitment needs
Screen candidates and match them with overseas job opportunities
Maintain proper documentation and follow immigration compliance guidelines
Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement experience
Knowledge of immigration processes and overseas recruitment (preferred)
Ability to manage agents and build networks
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
