Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to help drive our mission forward. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Directors and Sales Head, contributing to the growth and success of our digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities and prospects.

• Build relationships and recommend solutions to our clients.

• Make inbound calls using lead generation and secondary data provided by the company.

• Follow up on older and new leads daily.

• Ensure quality service by adhering to company standards.

• Be energetic, well-spoken, and focused on closing deals and generating revenue.

• Scheduling appointments to promote our services to the qualified prospects.

• Effectively deliver product demonstrations to prospects.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects to achieve desired business outcomes.

• Remain knowledgeable of the company's services & different packages to support prospect and customer needs.

• Must be able to handle day-to-day challenges and give proper solution.

• Build relationships with key decision-makers across all accounts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

·         Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·         Minimum of Fresher - 6 months of experience in Sales, digital marketing, or client servicing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.

·         Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple clients and coordinate internal teams effectively.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams professionally and efficiently.

·         Must be confident, have good presentation skills, and professional.

·         Must be good with networking, build client relationship and channel partner.
