As a Sales Officer at Kredit Advise, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a strong client base within the financial services industry. Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end sales processes, ensure timely service delivery, and support back-end operations to meet client needs effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify and develop a focused and specific client base within the targeted industry sectors.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients until their requirements are successfully met.
• Promote and deliver suitable financial products and services based on client needs.
• Perform preliminary back-end scrutiny and case analysis to assess product fit and feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with the back-end team to manage and ensure the timely completion of documentation and compliance procedures.
• Ensure client satisfaction by aligning financial solutions with their specific requirements and goals.
