Sales (Primary Responsibility)
Generate new business through cold calling, market visits, and client meetings
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products
Prepare and share quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into business
Back Office & Documentation
Prepare quotations, agreements, and sales-related documentation
Update customer data, rate cards, and sales records in the system/Excel
Coordinate with operations, accounts, and branch teams for smooth order execution
Maintain sales MIS, pipeline reports, and performance trackers
Customer Coordination
Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers
Ensure timely billing, POD collection, and payment follow-ups
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email
Willingness to travel for client meetings
Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
Education
Graduate (Any stream), MBA Preferred
