Key Responsibilities 1 Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, website and phone calls 2 Explain itineraries, routes, pricing and trip preparation to clients 3 Suggest suitable packages (Ladakh, Spiti, etc.) based on customer needs 4 Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly targets 5 Follow up with interested clients and maintain lead records 6 Build customer trust and long-term relationships 7 Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations 8 Guide customers regarding packing, documents and trip preparation 9 Resolve client queries related to weather, permits, bikes and safety Required Skills 1 Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English) 2 Confident phone & WhatsApp communication 3 Persuasion and negotiation ability 4 Customer handling & relationship management 5 Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Email) Candidate Requirements 1 Minimum 6 months experience in sales / customer support / travel sales
