Job Title: Sales Executive – Furniture Showroom

Role Overview

We are seeking an engaging, customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail showroom team. In this role, you will guide customers through our furniture collections, offer basic spatial and interior design advice, and drive sales to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom visitors, understand their home or office furniture needs, and present suitable products.

Product Knowledge: Master the details of our product catalog, including materials, dimensions, wood types, fabric options, and care instructions.

Design Consultation: Assist clients with room layouts, color combinations, and custom fabric/finish options.

Sales & Quotations: Prepare accurate cost estimates, follow up on open leads, negotiate terms within approved guidelines, and close sales.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home decor, furniture, interior products, or high-end retail.

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of spatial awareness, interior aesthetics, or space planning.

Ability to work weekends and retail peak hours.

Proficiency with basic POS systems, MS Office, or billing software.

Preferred Skills

Background or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Visual Merchandising is a strong plus.

Fluency in English and local languages
