Sales Development Representative
Location: Greater Noida | Work From Office
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month + Food + Performance Incentives
Responsibilities
Handle leads, calls, counselling and follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.
Conduct webinars and seminars independently.
Handle candidate queries and objections professionally.
Create sales/educational content under the guidance of the marketing team.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation and conversions.
Requirements
1–3+ years of sales/business development experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confident speaking with individuals and groups.
Target-oriented and comfortable with sales pressure.
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating basic content.
Experience in education, recruitment, international careers or a similar field is a plus.
